Vietnam, Singapore step up cooperation in semiconductor industry development

QTSC and the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA) signed an MoU to link Vietnam's semiconductor ecosystem with Singapore's semiconductor business network, enhancing bilateral cooperation.
