The Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, witnessed the ministerial-level signing ceremony of the Instruments of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC) by Lithuania, Poland, Romania, and Sweden.
