A hardware backstop solves the immediate capital hurdle, but delivering physical assets of this scale requires solving long-lead constraints around land acquisition, grid interconnections, and supply chain delivery.
The core risk shifts from software deployment to physical execution. Financial commitments on paper do not automatically construct facilities or guarantee grid access. Hardware vendors providing credit guarantees tie their own balance sheets directly to the construction timelines and commercial performance of their customers.
